[Notice] Graduation Schedule and Procedure for 2025 Fall Semester (Graduation in February 2026)

We would like to inform you of the graduation schedule and procedure for the 2025 Fall Semester (February 2026 graduation). (Reference: Academic Notice No. 1166)

All graduate students who plan to graduate this semester must review the information below and complete all required steps within the specified deadlines.

※ Students who failed the thesis defense in the previous semester and are preparing to retake the defense must also submit a new Graduation Application and Thesis Committee Appointment.


1. Graduation Application (Mandatory)

  • All students must submit a graduation application.
  • How to apply: Portal Login → Graduation → Graduation Management → Graduation Review Application
  • DeadlineNovember 21 (Fri), 2025

2. Thesis Committee Appointment & Submission of Required Documents

  • Appoint your thesis committee through the portal system.
  • Upload the Committee Appointment Form and Thesis Approval Form to the system.
  • Then, submit the original hard copies to the administrative office (Bldg. 104, Room 301-10).
  • NoteYou must upload the documents before submitting the originals. 

3. Research Ethics Pledge Form Submission

  • Research ethics must be strictly followed throughout the entire thesis process.
  • The Research Ethics Pledge Form (mandatory) must be submitted together with the Committee Appointment Form.

4. Thesis Defense (Final Examination)

  • Defense Deadline: December 19 (Fri), 2025
  • Defense Format:
    • Online / Offline / Hybrid (Online & Offline)
    • The defense method must be agreed upon between the student and the committee members.

5. Regarding Electronic Signatures

  • Electronic signatures are allowed for all required forms.
  • Please ensure the signature image quality is clear and readable.
  • Committee Appointment Form:
    • Enter committee member information in the portal system.
    • Obtain signatures from the student and academic advisor. (E-signature allowed)
  • Thesis Approval Form:
    • If external committee members participate online and cannot sign in person,
      you may use the attached PDF form to collect electronic signatures.
    • It is strongly recommended to use the provided form instead of scanned documents.
